MEDIA OPTIONS:
       After scanning your new digital pictures, they need to be saved to some type of media.  We offer two options for storage of your scanned images, CD-Rom  or Data DVD.  As part of our service we provide two copies of your scanned images on media of your choice.  If you would like additional copies of your digital pictures, these will be provided on your choice of media for $5.00 per copy.

OTHER OPTIONS AND SERVICES:
    -- Other scanning options and services are available. Ask for a price quote for the
        options and services you are considering.
    -- Black and white photos can be scanned but because the scanning software can not                       
        enhance the photos in the same clarity as color, it is recommended that the black
        and white negatives be used.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    -- Minimum order charge of $50.00 will apply unless waived.
    -- A deposit of 50% of order total is required before work can begin. The actual charge
        is based on the number of scanned images.  
    -- If after 30 days of notice that a customer order is completed, a 10% surcharge will
        be added each month for unclaimed orders. After 90 days of notice, a registered
        letter will be sent to customer. If after 20 days of registered notice, the source 
           images,  scanned files and CD/DVDs will be destroyed and the deposit will be forfeited.
