I agree that computers and parts left for repair over 45 days shall become the property of Universal Computer Services (UCS) without further notice. I further agree that UCS will not be responsible for data lost or destroyed during the repair or upgrade of my computer. I understand that while UCS will make a reasonable effort to prevent data loss, it is my responsibility to back up or otherwise protect my data.
I understand that I am incurring the minimum labor charge of 30 minutes, and that I will be responsible for additional labor, billable in 15 minute increments, at the labor rate posted in the store.
